I am eagerly looking for properties to manage on your behalf. I will greatly appreciate it if you can let me know if you have a property/ properties you would like us to rent out for you. We even find the tenants for you.
As a Lorraine Properties client you will receive the following when we rent out your property:
· Optional: We can pay the rates and taxes/ levies from the rental income so you don’t have to.
· We only ask 10% commission on the whole rental amount. We put the commission on top of the marketing price so you get out what you ask for.
· We assist in all maintenance problems. Also communicates with the body corporates and insurance.
· We deal with all communications between owners and tenants.
You don’t have to sign a sole mandate unless we find you tenants first!
